Dupo Senior High School now has new mobile hotspots, called Kajeet Smartspots, that are available for students to check out and use at home or on the road.
Kajeet is a filtered hotspot that allows students to use up to 500MB of data each day. Students who do not have Internet access at home, or perhaps will be traveling without Internet, may check out a Kajeet to take with them. Social media and video sites are filtered and will not work.
Permission slips are attached and also found on the website under https://www.dupo196.org/technology and hard copies are also available in the Dupo Senior High School Library. A parent’s signature is required since the student is responsible for the cost of a lost device.
